After a Dave Kozlowski spin in turn four that brought out the caution on lap eight, Skora would take the lead on lap 13, and Lutz would take over second. The duo of Skora and Lutz would pull away from the balance of the field. Skora would hold off Lutz for his second win of the season and would clinch the track title by two points over Lutz.
